OVERVIEW

Apax provides supported housing and supported living in London — bringing services, community stories and organisational purpose together through a website that needed a clearer structure and a more manageable platform.

Fit Design migrated its website from WordPress to Webflow and rebuilt the experience around its services, stories and organisational purpose. The project combined a platform move with clearer content structure, helping partners and prospective employees understand Apax while giving the team a more manageable publishing setup.

Platform migration

Moved the website from WordPress to Webflow, bringing existing content into a rebuilt platform suited to the organisation’s publishing needs.

Content structure

Organised services, resident stories, recognition and careers so different audiences can find the information relevant to their relationship with Apax.

Webflow CMS

Structured repeatable content in Webflow so articles, community stories and organisational updates share a consistent set of layouts the team can use as the site develops.

Service presentation

Balanced clear explanations of housing and support with human stories and visible contact routes, helping potential partners and colleagues understand the organisation.

THE APPROACH

Moving Apax from WordPress to Webflow meant carrying its story into a new system — retaining useful information, making the service structure easier to follow and giving the team a practical foundation for future publishing.

The migration needed to carry Apax’s existing information into a new system without reducing the organisation to a generic housing website. Its services, community and culture all matter to the people evaluating it. The content needed to show how the different parts of Apax fit together, allowing visitors to understand its purpose alongside the practical information that brought them to the site.
We rebuilt the page structure in Webflow and made the relationships between services, stories and contact clearer. The approach combines the practical requirements of a WordPress migration with a warmer, more accessible explanation of the organisation. Repeatable content layouts give service information and new stories a shared framework, helping the organisation maintain continuity as its website grows beyond the initial migration.

COLLABORATION

We treated the migration and rebuild as one project — bringing Apax’s services and stories into Webflow, with a clearer page hierarchy and an editable structure for ongoing communication.

Our role covered moving the WordPress website and rebuilding its Webflow presentation. Existing content informed the new structure, while repeatable layouts support future publishing. The case study is therefore a migration story as well as a website improvement project.
