OVERVIEW

Consto Group recruits across construction, engineering and the built environment. Its website needed to explain those specialisms to employers while giving candidates their own route to opportunities and contact.

We designed and developed the Webflow website with sector content, custom visuals and structured pages. Employers and candidates share an introduction to the agency before following information relevant to their needs.

An employer assessing a recruitment partner needs to understand specialisms and services. A candidate wants to explore the agency and potential opportunities. The website needed to make both routes clear while establishing Consto’s construction and engineering focus.

We organised the pages by audience and sector, using industry imagery and custom graphics to reinforce the agency’s specialisms. Shared layouts maintain a consistent identity, while content and contact routes address the two audiences separately.
