OVERVIEW

SurgiPet provides veterinary surgery for pet owners and referring practices. The website needed to explain the available care and support two different tasks: exploring treatment information and submitting a referral.

We redesigned the site and migrated it from WordPress to Webflow. Services, conditions and resources were reorganised around the two audiences, with multi-step Formstack forms supporting patient and referral submissions.

Website migration

Rebuilt the WordPress website in Webflow, transferring key service and resource content while incorporating redirect planning into the move to the new platform.

Audience journeys

Separated the information needs of pet owners and referring practices, connecting relevant service explanations with the appropriate contact or referral route.

Formstack integration

Integrated multi-step Formstack forms to support patient and referral submissions, giving the website a defined route for collecting the required information.

Content and SEO

Organised services, conditions, FAQs and resources into a clearer content structure, with on-page SEO and redirect work supporting the website’s move to Webflow.

THE APPROACH

Connect treatment information and referral forms while moving the website to Webflow.

A pet owner researching care and a clinic referring a patient need different information. The website had to guide each to the relevant services and forms, while transferring existing content from WordPress into the new structure.

We separated the audience routes and connected service and resource pages with Formstack submissions. Content migration and redirect planning formed part of the rebuild, linking the previous website with the new Webflow pages.

Navy and turquoise provide a clear visual framework, softened by pale backgrounds, animal imagery and small warm accents. The hierarchy makes practical information easy to scan while giving service explanations and contact options distinct places on the page.
