Based in Hastings and Tonbridge Kent, Flow de Flow is a leading Drainage company that provides professional drain clearing, drain repair, drain survey and unblocking services in Sussex, Surrey and Kent. It was established by James and Mark, two friends and skilled plumbers with a passion for providing quality results and customer service. With over 20 years of experience, the team at Flow de Flow can provide a variety of services which is why they contacted Fit Design to showcase their expertise via a website that is both modern and user-friendly.

Our Approach

We are always pleased to work with SMEs and it was great to work with Flow de Flow on their website design. The design process began by understanding the brand’s objectives and getting a better understanding of the services they offer and what sets them apart from competitors. To make sure we are on budget and that the brief is understood we created a detailed project plan and timeline. We went ahead with WordPress website builder to ensure a fast and responsive design that provides users with the best possible browsing experience. Additionally, we used our SEO knowledge to make sure that the website is optimised for search engines.

The solution

Web Design

Since WordPress is a popular platform we decided to use it for the ‘Flow de Flow’ website project. We created an easy-to-navigate and mobile-friendly design that has many CTA [call-to-action] buttons to direct users towards the contact page. The pages are modern, clean and the content is well structured, using headings and sub-headings to ensure a great user experience. We used real images of past projects and reviews from customers to showcase their work as well as a contact form for potential customers and an enquiry page. Additionally, we made sure that all of the pages link to each other and that the website is SEO friendly, so it can be easily found in search engine rankings. Overall, the team consisted of a Designer and SEO expert who worked together to create a website that is both professional and appealing to visitors.
